Tell us which plant and what the app guessed. Because GreenThumb’s reference library updates independently of app releases, identification fixes often ship within days — no app update needed.
Purchase issues
The remove-ads purchase restores automatically on reinstall via the App Store / Google Play “restore purchases” flow in the app’s settings. If it doesn’t, email us with your order receipt.
